Wendy is one of the most recognized Seattle Condo Realtors with John L. Scott, one of the largest real estate companies in the Northwest. Over the years, Wendy has earned awards such as the John L. Scott Emerald Award and developed a very specific business philosophy about her career as a Realtor.

Wendy, an Accredited Buyer's Representative and 2006 John L. Scott Emerald Award recipient, is perhaps best known for her popular blog, the Seattle Condo Review, which is visited by over 5,000 individuals per month and is Seattle's oldest condo blog.

When she's not helping clients, Wendy is an Officer on the Home Owner's Association for her own 250 unit Belltown condominium.  Outside of the condo world, she spends time with her husband, Tom, and beautiful yellow lab, Princess, cooking, hiking, or enjoying Belltown restaurants.
